- SC “O” level with 3 credits- in any 3 Subjects or equivalent (up to two sittings) or;
- Certificate L4 from Polytechnics Mauritius Ltd or;
- Grade 10 with 3 years’ experience in in cooking or related jobs
- Any other Qualifications acceptable to the Board.
