Charfa holds a First-class with honors degree in Bachelor of Arts in French Language from the University of Mauritius. She has been awarded by Alliance Française for eight consecutive years, in addition to achieving the DELF B2 certification.

With a diverse skill set that transcends language boundaries, she brings 6 years of invaluable experience in media and communication, quality assurance, language and soft skills training.

Her professional journey, which started at iQera, saw her evolve from Language Analyst to Media Assistant, actively contributing to the effective management of digital content. As a Quality Assurance Executive at Movate Technologies, she further refined her expertise, dedicating herself to the meticulous evaluation and enhancement of communication skills through training. Charfa leads Soft Skills and language classes for students across the different clusters of Polytechnics Mauritius.

She also imparts French language instruction to our international students, facilitating their integration into life and their academical journey in Mauritius. Motivated by career advancement, she is committed to fostering professional growth and holistic student development.

Her joy in teaching arises from witnessing the empowerment and transformation of students, with a strong emphasis on the importance of emotional intelligence, empathy, and skills in cultivating success.
