After his successful completion of degree in Agriculture BSc (Hons), IMr Raghoobeer undertook work as ICT Teaching at Primary Government School of Caroline, which he used as cash cow to proceed with Master’s degree in Port Management and Shipping Administration.
He spent 13 years in the Shipping and Maritime Industry at CMA-CGM (Mauritius) Ltd covering the following positions: Cost Control and Administration / Logistics & Transhipment Officer/ Vessel Operations Officer / Transhipment Supervisor for Indian Ocean Cluster.

Mr Raghoobeer also worked in the AIRCRAFT Industry for the Project of ATR Aircraft Industry in Repair and Maintenance Department as Associate Supply Chain Analyst at Accenture (Mauritius) Services Ltd. He combines perfectionism with dedication and logics together with proactiveness and polyvalence and work hard to achieve his objectives within set deadline and in adherence to standards and quality. Mr Raghoobeer has also done Certificate on IMDG Code on a e-learning course (Amendment 38 – 16) for IMDG Ship Operator. To culminate the achievement, he was Awarded Letter of Appreciation from the Ministry of Ocean Economy, Marine Resources, Fisheries, Shipping and Outer Island for SEARCH AND RESCUE Service (SAR) done to assist distress pleasure craft “Ocean Diamond” on 03rd April 2016.
