This programme will channel, nurture and develop school leavers for the BPS/BPO sector by providing them with the necessary skill sets. A successful programme can only be the outcome of candid and focused discussions with industry and line managers that know the job, tasks, flow inside out but also know what the common pitfalls and challenges are. Along with the core modules, students will also get an exposure to the industry through work-integrated learning
Upon completion of the programme, successful student will have the right skillsets to take up roles, within BPS/BPO sector, such as:
